Member Code of Conduct

SFONSA members commit;
  • To always ensure that their stay in South Africa is Legal as defined by the Department of Home Affairs
  • To be law abiding and to desist from engaging in any criminal activity while in South Africa.
  • To be friendly with the locals, responsible and to use their skills to add value to the Republic.
  • To participate in SFONSA activities where applicable.
  • To uphold the reputation of SFONSA.
  • To abstain from conducting any transaction or operation on behalf of SFONSA unless officially mandated by the management of SFONSA.

Member Complaints

Should you wish to report a formal complaint against a SFONSA member; Please take note of the following;
  • Ensure that you check the membership validity of the individual. Only complaints against valid members will be considered.
  • Send an email of the complaint with some evidence where applicable to complaints@sfonsa.org. Please ensure to also include the Reference number of the member.
  • Please note that SFONSA doesn’t take legal action on the members. We only mediate the members and the parties involved.
  • Our maximum punishment regarding member complaits is to terminate the membership of the Individual and restrain the individual from ever being part of SFONSA.
